CrossFit Kids is a strength and conditioning program specifically designed to make fitness fun, safe, and accessible for young athletes. Our classes focus on teaching kids how to move well, build confidence, and develop a lifelong love for health and fitness.
We use a variety of games, basic bodyweight exercises, and light strength training to improve coordination, balance, endurance, and strength — all in a positive and supportive environment.
Each CrossFit Kids session includes:
- A fun, active warm-up to get moving.
- Skill work focusing on foundational movements like squatting, jumping, running, pushing, pulling, and balancing.
- A workout of the day (WOD) scaled appropriately for kids.
- A game or group activity that ties everything together.
- A focus on teamwork, encouragement, and having fun!
- Our classes are designed to keep kids moving, smiling, and learning — all while developing body awareness, self-confidence, and a strong foundation for future athletic activities.
We currently offer two age-specific groups:
- Ages 4–7: Early childhood focus — foundational movements, simple skills, and lots of fun games.
- Ages 8–12: Pre-teen focus — more advanced body mechanics, fitness challenges, and age-appropriate strength work.
No matter their age or experience, kids will leave class feeling stronger, happier, and more confident!
