I walked into my first CrossFit gym in 2020, and immediately was hooked. To this day, I continue to be amazed by the community, the support, and the feats of strength. In 2018, I joined the US Army, where I retired in 2024 as a Combat Medic Sergeant. Now I serve as a 5-year veteran as a South Windsor Police Officer. I credit my journey through CrossFit for teaching me both physical and mental resilience in my law enforcement career.
I came home from the military and fell out of love with working out. By chance, my landlord suggested I try CrossFit, and that was my turning point. By placing my trust in the CrossFit methodology, the coaches and affiliate members, my life suddenly changed for the better. I became faster, stronger, and more confident than ever.
My purpose and goal for coaching is to change members' lives for the better. My hope is to provide a knowledgeable, fun, and unforgettable coaching experience so that CrossFit can change their lives like it did mine.
